Data & AI Business Analyst

Location: Vietnam

As an international footwear company with its development center in Da Nang, Vietnam, we are looking for a Data & AI Business Analyst to help drive data-driven and AI-supported decision-making across Rieker.

Working closely with teams in Vietnam and our Head Office, you will transform data into insights, improve transparency, and support business growth through analytics and AI.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and adapt open-source and internally developed machine learning models for data analysis, pattern recognition, and forecasting
  • Support the consolidation of data silos into a centralized data platform and integrate existing systems (ERP, Power BI, Dataverse)
  • Analyze production, collection, and sales data to identify trends, risks, forecasts, and optimization opportunities
  • Identify, pilot, and implement AI-supported analytical methods to support business decision-making
  • Ensure data quality and continuously improve data structures in collaboration with business departments
  • Coordinate and contribute to data projects from requirements gathering through to implementation, working closely with the central Data Analyst

SKILLS

  • Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and ERP-based business data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboards, reporting, Power Query, and DAX
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or Rust for automation, data processing, and advanced analytics
  • Experience with AI tools and Large Language Models, including an understanding of their underlying concepts and applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and OneLake is an advantage
  • Knowledge of statistical methods for trend analysis, pattern recognition, and forecasting
  • Experience contributing to or leading data-related projects is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking and affinity for data
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and departments
