Senior Product Manager Footwear (Strategy)

Location: Vietnam

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager Footwear (Strategy) to lead and strengthen our footwear product development team in Vietnam.

This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, market understanding, and product leadership. The successful candidate will guide the team, define clear product concepts, and ensure that our collections align with brand positioning, market demand, and pricing architecture.

You will work closely with design, development, sales, and marketing to translate market insights into commercially successful footwear collections.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and drive the overall product strategy and seasonal concepts for the footwear collections
  • Translate market insights, consumer demand, and competitive analysis into clear and actionable product direction aligned with brand positioning
  • Stay closely connected to the market through regular travel and collaboration with sales teams to continuously refine product strategies
  • Ensure all product concepts align with target price architecture, cost structure, and margin objectives
  • Lead and guide the product development team, providing clear priorities, structure, and direction
  • Oversee collection planning and development timelines to ensure efficient and on-time execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, technical development, sales, and marketing to deliver commercially successful products

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Extensive experience in footwear product management or footwear product development
  • Hands-on mentality combined with strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Solid understanding of collection building and commercial product strategy
  • Experience working with product costing, price architecture, and margin targets
  • Proven ability to lead and guide product development teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Passion for footwear and product innovation
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken), German skills are an advantage
