Assistant (m/f/d) Technical Manager Footwear Production

Location: Vietnam | Full-time

An international footwear manufacturing company is looking for an Assistant (m/f/d) to the Technical Manager for its Vietnam production site. Our factory is state of the art, offering excellent conditions for people who are passionate about footwear and industrial manufacturing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support the Technical Manager across the full footwear manufacturing process, covering both development and mass production:

  • Support during the development process (samples, prototypes, feasibility)
  • Assist with industrialization of new styles up to mass production
  • Contribute to process optimization (efficiency, quality, stable production)
  • Act as an interface between development, production, quality and technical teams
  • Support daily problem-solving and technical follow-up in production
  • Help implement standards, documentation and training

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Strong knowledge of the complete footwear manufacturing process
  • Experience in footwear development and/or mass production
  • Technical understanding of materials, components and manufacturing methods
  • Structured, hands-on and team-oriented working style
  • Good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work in Vietnam on a long-term basis
