Technician for the Assembly Department

YOUR TASKS:

  • Monitoring production and ensuring quality in the assembly department
  • Organizing and coordinating relevant processes
  • Leading, guiding, and motivating assigned employees

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed technical training in the footwear industry
  • Professional experience in a comparable position and leadership experience
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing methods and familiarity with the entire shoe production process
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
